We want you to be happy with Latenta. This policy explains when subscription payments and token purchases can be refunded, and how to request one.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Paddle also handles billing support, so you can request a refund either through us or via the receipt Paddle emailed you.
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, you may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of that charge, provided you have not substantially used the tokens included in that billing period. Refunds are for the unused portion of the plan. Once refunded, your paid access ends.
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to your plan until then. We do not automatically refund partial periods after the 30-day window, except where required by law.
A 500-token top-up pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase only if the pack is entirely unused. Once any token from a top-up has been consumed, that pack is non-refundable.
Tokens that have already been spent on runs — generating or editing images, or generating video — are non-refundable, because the underlying AI generation has already been performed and paid for on your behalf. This applies to both plan tokens and top-up tokens.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If your local law grants a withdrawal or cooling-off right, that right applies in addition to the above.
We aim to review refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
